How do I redeem my points?
  • 100 points = €1 off your order.
  • Minimum redemption: 100 points.
  • Maximum redemption: 5,000 points per order.
  • Valid on one-time purchases only.
  • Orders must be over €200 to apply a points discount.
Can I combine points with other promotions or discounted items?

No. Points cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or reduced items.
Where can I see my points balance?

Log in to your account and visit the Rewards section to view your balance and redeem points for coupons.
How long are my points valid?

Points are valid for 1 year from the date they are earned.
What happens if I return an order that earned points?

Any points earned from that purchase will be automatically removed from your account once the return is processed.
What happens if I used points to pay and then return my order?

Points redeemed toward the purchase are not automatically restored. The coupon generated from your points is considered used. If applicable, our team can manually re-add those points to your account.
What if I forget to use my points at checkout?

We’re unable to apply points to an order once it has been placed. Your points will remain in your account and can be redeemed toward a future purchase.
When are my points activated?

Points are added to your account automatically once a purchase is completed. If the order is later returned, the corresponding points will be deducted.
Can I lose my points?

Points will only be removed if they expire after 1 year or if the order associated with them is returned.
