at AV we aim to get your order to you as soon as possible you’re order will be processed immediately but production can take up to 3-5 working days. As this is a made to order garment.
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
For shipping we use UPS® service. Once your order has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the email.
All deliveries must be signed for. Ensure someone will be able to sign for the delivery or provide a business address.

All ready to ship orders will take 1 day for preparation.
We cannot deliver to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses. Orders to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses may be subject to cancellation.
During sale periods we will endeavour to commit to our normal delivery times, however some deliveries may take 1-2 days longer.
ALL PRODUCTION ON-DEMAND & PRE-ORDER ORDERS is subject to the information provided on the AV website.
In the case of any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email.
PRODUCT & STOCK INFORMATION
All orders are subject to stock availability. Should an item be sold out, we will contact you via phone or email and make a full refund for the item to the original method of payment.
AV Collections are produced with limited stock and can sell out quickly. Once they have sold out, they are unlikely to be back in stock again.
Colors may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. (Please note that we are unable to refund postage costs for goods returned, other than for faulty items)

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Audrey Vallens is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Audrey Vallens is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If your order has already been processed, Audrey Vallens accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However, our returns process is available for changing incorrect items.
Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees.
Audrey Vallens reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted with proof of purchase on items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
Return must include original invoice and Returns Form that is going to be sent through email once the customer communicates to the contact AV email that they want to do a return, including an R.A (Return Authorization) Number obtained by our Customer Care.
Every clothing item shipped has a tag attached. Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. We recommend trying on all purchased items as soon as they are received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our return’s timeframe.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered, or washed. All packaging shipped with your order must be returned.
Please take care when trying on swimwear and wear undergarments at all times. If returned, the hygiene sticker must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered. AV boutique reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions and will return the item to sender.
HOW TO RETURN
Contact our Customer Care via firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an R.A Number and please send pictures of your concern.
Quote your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return.
Complete Returns Form accordingly and include with your return.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
if you want to change the product, the shipping cost is free (except customs fees). If you prefer a refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (included customs fees).
Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as Audrey Vallens cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived to us safely.
